40's Turban Twist Hat

Vintage Hat made of sections of light CoCo Brown Rayon Velvet and a Pinkish Satin. The fabric is draped and twisted in a turbin style. There is an attached curved gold metal pin/brooch with a large austrian borealis crystal rhinestone adornment.  Lined with a grosgrain ribbon border that is attached to a woven stiff netting.  Union Made label. Excellent, near new condition.
